Global Glimpse was created to provide our clients at Wirt Financial and Wirt-Rivette Financial as well as other visitors to our web site an opportunity to see our team’s activities and programs relating to globalization and international business. The upcoming Global Glimpse will feature Vietnam. Clarence Rivette, Managing Partner, is currently in Vietnam. Last summer Rivette traveled to Vietnam with his family. During the visit he assisted a young entrepreneur in further developing his own travel agency. Rivette is returning and meeting again with Viet Ngyun, who now operates Viet Orient Tours. June’s Global Glimpse will feature updates and photos from Rivette’s visit to Northern and Central Vietnam. A musical/photo CD highlighting scenes from the previous visit to Cambodia and Vietnam will also be available on the site soon. July’s Global Glimpse will profile several international affiliates of Wirt-Rivette and August will profile the team’s work with the global micro-finance organization kiva.org. |
